Double bedroom with fitted office space

I'm letting a spare room on a beautiful 2 bedroom flat on the 3rd floor of an old fashion tenement building in the popular area of Ibrox.

500 meters away from Ibrox subway station and 200 meters from bus stop. Both ways are able to take you to the city centre or west end in 15 min.

The flat compromise an large living room with a south faced Victorian windows that makes this space bright and cozy.
Kitchen is equipped with all white goods you need.

The spare room has fitted wardroom, shelf and an office area with desk and chair. Double bed with comfortable mattress.

All flat has double glassing and central heating individually controlled.

Rent is 300£ pcm plus bills. So let's say bills will be around 60-80£pcm

You will be sharing the flat with me and my girlfriend Patricia: She is a Social Worker.

I will prefer to share the flat with someone who enjoy music as I use to play my instruments at the living room mostly everyday. Jams may happen every weekend and events every month.

The living room sometimes host friends or couchsurfers.

A open minded and clean person will suit perfectly.

Views and talks will be held on between 20th and the 21st of December.

The bedroom will be available from 6th January.
