Hi there!

I’m looking for a friendly and easy-going person to share my bright, spacious flat with me, my two cats and my lovely Labrador.

The room

The room is a comfortable double with built-in wardrobes and plenty of storage. It’s finished to a high standard and, although it can look a little narrow in the photos, it’s definitely more spacious in person!

Private bathroom

One of the biggest benefits is that you would have your own private bathroom, which is located right next to the bedroom. It has a full-sized bath with an overhead shower and would be for your exclusive use.

The flat

The flat has a large open-plan kitchen and living area which gets plenty of light and has lovely views over the River Clyde towards the West End. It’s a really nice space to relax in, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware and everything you should need.

Location

The flat is in a modern riverside development, so it’s peaceful and quiet while still being really convenient for getting around.

Govan subway and bus station are around a 5-minute walk away, and you can get to the city centre or West End in under 15 minutes by subway.

There’s also a lovely riverside walkway, and Partick and the University are around a 20-minute walk away.

Rent and bills

The monthly rent includes all utility bills and council tax, so there are no additional bills to worry about.

A little about the home

I’m looking for someone who enjoys a clean, peaceful and relaxed home. I’m friendly and sociable, but I also appreciate having my own space, so I’d like to find someone who feels similarly.

The cats and dog are very much part of the household, so you’ll need to be comfortable around animals.
