Room to let with the price inc. bills and wifi.

I'm Kyle, 24 and currently working full time as a traffic signals engineer while studying a postgraduate part time. I have my own house in the Knightswood area. One of my rooms has just recently become available and I would like to rent it out again. I would be covering all bills including fibre wifi. There is a tv in the living room and the rooms are furnished. My friend and I currently occupy the other 2 rooms. We would like someone who we get on well with.

Based almost in the west end it is located close to anniesland cross and not far from bus stops accessing the west end and city centre. Anniesland train station is not far either. As I currently drive where I can help out I am happy to give lifts. For shopping there is an Aldi and Morrisons near by.
