Glasgow Large Furnished Double Room Incl All Bills

Hi I'm Josh, I'm a 27 year old professional working in the centre of Glasgow.

I own a flat in the area of Kennyhill square and I'm looking to rent out my spare room. My current flatmate unfortunately has to leave as she has been offered a new job.

I'm looking for someone of a similar age who would ideally would also be up for some socialising (drinks after work, going out for dinner etc). Both male and female tenants are welcome.

The price includes the very large spare bedroom and shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat has been finished to a very high standard with large modern bathroom, modern kitchen and living room.

Price includes all bills.

I'd prefer longer term tenants.
Please note the flat is non smoking, however there is a shared garden out the back.
