Couples - own flat, home gym, plant filled and big

Hi there,

I am travelling for a short while so the flat will be pretty much yours alone. Flat in quiet area with friendly/close knit neighbours.

Plant filled flat - care needed if would like them to stay here :)

Shops, restaurants, bars all within walking distance. Hospital 5 minute/10 minute walk max.
Train station 2 minute walk and takes 8 minutes to get to glasgow city centre.
Bus routes are great around this area.

1 double room; comfy small double trundle bed and storage drawers, compact multi home gym and study desk/chair for use.

Large lounge; Netflix, dvd player, yoga mat, couple small weights and fitness pole.

Suitable for couples:
£600 +bills
£850 (council tax and bills inc.)
No animals please.

1-3 months. Possibly 4 max.
