Sunny, beautiful, cheap double room in Southside

Hi there!
I am leaving my room by the end of May. This is a very sunny, cosy room in a very large flat with huge living room and kitchen, family bathroom and large storage (there is a huge walk-in wardrobe in the hall just for you).

Paula and Kris are the couple living in the other room. They're very nice, laidback and artsy. They are gonna be leaving the flat by the end of July, so you could bring your pals in after that or just rent short term.

Subway is 5 minutes away and there's great bus links to the city centre literally 1 away from the door.

The rent is 265 + bills, which in Summer are around 30-40 pm, oayed every 3 months. Great deal!
