The room has been recently decorated and is furnished.
I work shifts at one of the hospital and change from days to nights, I therefore need a flatmate to be happy to sometimes be quiet during the day while I'm sleeping.
We are considerate people to live with.
Happy to live with another couple with the total cost per month upto £500 to allow for increased bills.
