Double room (Anniesland)

Double bedroom available in a clean, sunny and homely Anniesland flat. The ad pictures don't do it full justice.

Although it's a 3-bedroom flat, I'm only renting out one of the other rooms to share with the existing tenant. He is a gay, friendly, chatty and sociable Irishman. What this means is there'll be plenty of space in the flat and a bonus option of setting up a home office in the spare room if you work-from-home.

The new tenant MUST be:

- LGBTQ-friendly
- cat-friendly (the current tenant has 2 affectionate cats)

The room is available at £460 per month, which doesn't include bills.

The flat sits in a nice wee quiet area with the train a literal 5 minute walk away, and Morrison's superstore plus 24hr gym even closer. Lidl is close by too.
