We are two 22yo students at Strathclyde with one room available in our flat from September. We are both going into our final year so will be wanting a more chill year. The flat is modern with a big living room, tv, washing machine etc, bills not included in rent- roughly £40 a month each. The room available is just a single, but does have it's own balcony.
Flat located just by squinty footbridge, 5 mins from central station and about 25 mins from Strathclyde.
All applicants MUST be a student. Dates flexible.
