En suite Master bedroom all bills included

We are offering a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom to rent in our home. We have a 4 bedroom home and we are a friendly professional married couple with no children.

The room has a new bed and mattress. It's tastefully decorated with built in fitted double wardrobes and mirrored doors.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with intergrated appliances, a shared living room and an extra public room. We also have a fairly large lawned garden at the rear for those summer days of relaxing.

All bills are included, which include council tax and broadband.

Train stations are a 10 min walk and 5 mins for bus stops. The train takes 10 mins to get into Glasgow central.
Nearby we have two supermarkets, restaurants and local shops all 10 mins walk and silverburn shopping centre is only 10 mins in the bus too.

We are looking for a clean and polite individual that wants to live in a homely environment. Female preferred as my wife will be home more than myself. I tend to work away.
