Nice, well kept 2 bed flat in lovely area 5 minute walk from Burnside train station (20 mins to Glasgow central). The flat will be solely yours weekdays so great price - sharing the flat with myself weekends (I work away returning Friday evening/ leaving Monday morning).

50 inch smart TV, new cooker is now in, all bills including broadband and factor fees for the grounds are included. Your room has a new double bed and mattress, large built in mirrored cupboard, bedside table has been replaced. TV can also be provided (Loads of storage elsewhere in the house - too much in fact so you are welcome to use as well).

Looking for a professional/ student not to ruin the place as it will be essentially their own house majority of the time.

Great chance to have your own space for a cheap rate. Current flatmate is moving home due to work/ family commitments but loves the place.
