Room for rent in Glasgow near Queens Park

We have a spare room which will be free from 6 February.. £420 per month with all utility bills as well as council tax included. We also require a deposit of £300, which you'd of course get back when you move out.

The room is fully furnished (double bed) & we have a newly renovated bathroom. It's a main door flat in a very quiet street with a view onto a lovely little park which is very green. We have really fast internet, the flat is only 3-5 min walk away from a train station. Train takes about 10 minutes to get to Glasgow Central Station, so pretty good for city centre! Plenty of parking space in front of the house too.

We're pretty laid back. We are pretty busy during the week doing work and often also at weekends. We enjoy having our private space during the busy times, but we also enjoy watching good TV, socialising with friends, dancing (sometimes we teach dance too!), and just chilling on our own.
