Beautiful room to rent in Hillington, Glasgow

Hi there!
I'm moving out from my houseshare due to moving in with a friend on mine and I want to find someone nice to replace me :)

The room is quite big and has a walk-in wardrobe as well as two wardrobes and another half wardrobe, which makes heaps of space to store your stuff ;) Duvet, pillows and bed sheets come in with the room and are the property of Louise, the owner.

You would be sharing this newly redecorated and fully furnished house with my soon to be former housemate Sarah who's a student in Glasgow uni, studying genetics.
The living room has a TV and nice dining area that sits 8 people, the kitchen is well equiped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer (among other things).
There is an alley in the garden where you can park your car as well.

This is a quiet and tidy place (but not spotless ^^) (humans living and all) and even though I sometimes have friends over, it's not a party house.

5 minutes away is Hillington east train station which gets you to central station within 9 minutes. Across the road, the bus takes you into the city center within 25 minutes.
Also, Breahead Shopping Center is a 9min drive away by bus and easily accessible by car as well.

Bills include Council Tax, Broadband, Netfix and rent.
Electricity and gas were put under my name due to paperwork needs.
