I don’t drive- I find the apartment close to everything especially if you cycle- (30 mins to city centre) and public transport connections are handy.

Ideally the applicant/ applicants will be professional, or exam level college student. Masters/ PhD students are welcome to apply. Applicants with dogs that are trained are also welcome, but would have to meet with my dog to make sure all is well. (no smoking inside)

I am an easy going person, moved to Glasgow from Galway in the west coast of Ireland. I have 2 degrees and a masters in sculpture, fine arts and pedagogy. I am looking for short term house mates who are respectful of communal spaces, like dogs and like dogs.

I have a lodger agreement, (legally required) I generally say 3 months to start and see how we go… (rolling contract, renewable every 3months)

I don’t drive myself- I use public transport and I use a bike (the canals take you every which way and it’s fast)

But about 4 mins walk From the apartment you will find the express bus- 4X and that is fast getting in to The city centre via the motor way (17 min)

There is the 6A bus approx 5 mins walk from the house and that will take you into city centre via great western road and sauchiehall st 19-23 mins

The 3 bus will get you to the city centre via partick and finnieston and takes 36 min
There is Scotstounhill train station about 15 min walk, Drumchapel train station, 17 min walk and Garscadden train station about 15 mins walk from the apartment
