A great spot, it's easy to get around with the Subway, Bus stops and train station within walking distance. Minutes away from SECC, Hydro and SGW3.

Plenty of choices for food with a good range of restaurants and independent stores with local and fresh produce. There's a climbing centre and local community groups with regular meals and events opened to all.

Plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has a dining area. Th living room is a good spot to relax or get creative with instruments at your disposal. It can get quite funky in there! Overall, the space is generally clean and tidy. There is a central heating system and every room has a heater which work effectively. Oh and the shower is good!

Guests have access to shared spaces such as living room, bathroom, kitchen and hallway. As a host I consider my food and drinks as "communal" so guests can help themselves to munchies.
