Flat mate wanted

I am looking for flatmate who is tidy, likes a chat but also likes their own space. Would like someone who would treat the place like their own home. I am an essential worker so am still going to work a few days a week. I generally am out most days exercising or socialising but I like to relax when I'm home.
I like to spend my weekends horse-riding and doing trapeze/ hoop when possible. Would like to share my home with someone I could socialise with and try new things.

recently decorated flat and new kitchen. Bedroom advertised is 3.5m sq with a king size bed.

Located between Springburn and Barnhill rail stations, down from Stobhill hospital (10min walk) and local parks. Close to bus and rail services- takes 20 min to get to the city centre or 30 min to the west end.
