It's a 3 bedrooms flat and the rooms available are:
Single-£300 (reclinable bed)
Double-£360 - available until the end of August (ideal for bike riders as it is a ground floor)
The flat is situated near Victoria Park (West End), there is a bus stop near the flat (just 20 seconds) where you can take the 2 and 3.
I live with my partner (Victor) and we are looking for someone who we can have a good chat, cook sometimes and have a good time while watching movies, going hiking, making designs and 3D prints, ...
All the amenities are included in the price.
The deposit is half a month of the rent
No contract.
