Modern, Double Room. All bills Inc!

I am sadly moving out so my room is all yours.

As it says in the title the room is a double, current flatmate never uses the shared bathroom so is essentially en suite.
Note, the desk and tele will be gone when I move out as there mines.

The flat is on the ground floor, around a ten minutes walk from the City Centre and just behind Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
Neighbours in this close artery friendly and quiet.

I genuinely love this flat but due to circumstances I’m moving back in with my folks.

Move in date would be around 1st June .

Current flatmate who’ll be staying is very clean, very quiet, a good laugh.
He’s pretty relaxed to live with but also very tidy.

All bills are included, asking for two months up front.
