Friendly person to share flat

I have a two bedroom apartment in the Scotstoun area of Glasgow. I am living in it. I am looking for one person to move into it, and have the second double bedroom. This bedroom has a double bed, a large double wardrobe, and a table and chairs. The living room has a television, two sofas, and a table with chairs. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, an oven and hob, and a washing machine. The rent is £400 per calendar month. This includes all the bills, eg council tax, electric and gas, broadband, phone and sky television.
I have shared a flat with three different people in the last 4 years. I am an easy going person to live with. I am looking for a friendly , sociable person, who is reasonably tidy around the house.
