Room for rent in city centre

1 bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe, sole access to bathroom with shower (although not technically en-suite). Brilliant location, close to GCU, Bus Station, Sauchiehall street etc. Communal area has TV/PS4. Flat has WiFi.

I run a technology startup in the city centre and therefore walk to work. Ideally looking for someone easy going with ideally no drama :) Would be cool if they are up for going out for some beers every so often, but not every night of the week.
