The flat's location is perfect - 10-15 mins walk to Glasgow uni, the westend, or city center. Tesco and the Mitchell Library around the corner. One of the best coffee shops downstairs.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, walk-in closet with ridiculous amount of storage, and a standing desk we can move to the room or living room. The living room is huge with big windows and large TV and sofa. The flat is on the third floor, no elevator. Good wifi: Talktalk 65 Mbps.

The rent include all the bills.
