Room in Liberty Park Halls

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement. There are 3 male flatmates living in the flat. 2 are French but speak English. The flat has a shared kitchen space with a living area attached. This has couches and a tv. The room is a double en-suite and has plenty of storage space. There is a lift in the building and the flat is right in the city centre. It is a 5 minute walk from Buchanan bus station. The rent is £542.08 each month, however you don’t pay the last two months which is June and July. The deposit required is £200 and you must be a student.
