Double room between West End and Town

Hi,

I’m looking for someone to take over my room within a 3 bedroom flat at Charing Cross from January (contract until August but sure you could sub let over summer if wanted, and possibility to remain in the flat after August!) The flat is 2 mins away from Sauchiehall Street and a 10/15 min walk to Glasgow university making it super useful for anyone studying at GU, working in town or even studying in one of the universities/colleges in town!

You’ll be sharing with two girls (21/23), one a student at GU and the other in her post grad job. They are both super tidy and friendly and are often dishing out their baking creations so that’s a bonus!

The flats really big with a kitchen/living/dining room, the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath & shower. The room is smaller than the rest but still a good size with plenty storage and is cheaper as a result! Sorry I don’t have the best photos but give me a message and I’ve got a lil video tour of the flat that I can send you!

(Preferably looking for someone around the same age and a student, unless you’re okay paying the full council tax solo)
