En-suite Studio in Havannah House, Glasgow City

I'm looking for a student to take over my contract . The room would be available from the 17th of May until the 13th of July. It's a classic plus en-suite studio which is 23m2, has a kitchenette with a combi microwave, fridge/freezer and hob. It has a ¾ bed, a large desk and plenty of storage space. The room can be reached by stairs or lift. All utilities are included in the bill. You get free wifi. There's a large communal space on the ground floor, with a lot of couches, vending machines, pool and football tables where you can meet your friends. Next to it, is a laundry room, gym, study space and cinema. Everything can be used. The accommodation is located in the Merchant City and only 5 minutes away from Strathclyde University.
There are plenty of grocery shops in a walking distance of less than 10 minutes, e. g. Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury... Havannah House is a brand new student accommodation with everything you need. The en-suite studio is very clean and nearly used. I could leave you a few things like my new water kettle, clotheshorse etc. if you like.
