Bedroom in two bedroom flat in Speirs Wharf

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for a new flatmate, ideally moving in around the 10th of November.

Location: Speirs Wharf, just above the city center (10min walk). The tenants have free use of the swimming pool and gym.

Nice light bedroom with window seat and mirrored wardrobe. The new flatmate will have the sole use of the main bathroom.
Bills : Please be aware that they may vary depending on the electricity consumption. Based on 40£/month.

I'm looking for a mature student that can have a laugh and is quite sociable. A few important points :
Clean and tidy - a must, and non negotiable !
No drama - any problems, lets just have a wee chat :)

I would consider living with a professional if they accept to pay the council tax £150 per month, I can participate up to £40.
