City Centre flat share, single bedroom

We are two flatmates, both professionals, looking for a third flatmate to move in from the beginning of October as our current flatmate is moving countries. Our flat is located off Garnethill, in the heart of the City Centre, this is a 3 bedroom flat, fully furnished and spacious. It comes with £300 rent per month and around £150 for bills per person (gas, electricity, internet, council tax). Council tax band is D. The available bedroom is located upstairs at the attic, fully furnished and right next to the other bedroom and a convenient storage room.
We are quite busy most of the times, clean, quiet and friendly and appreciate privacy as well as interesting chats with our flatmates. We are looking and hoping to find the same qualities in our new flatmate. Looking forward to meeting you!
