Very comfortable and brand new Studio

Hi, I'm leaving Glasgow at the end of April (possibility of leaving end of march) and I'm looking for a replacement person to take over. The studio is very nice and clean and the private accomodation as well (Merchant studios, havannah street).
All taxes and insurance are included. Wifi is included. There is a onsite laundry facility, common space area with a billiard table and a tennis table.
The studio is fully furnished and I'm willing to give beding sheets and all the dishes and kitchen material.
2 minutes walk from aldi, 5 minutes walk from the university of Strathclyde and 10 minutes walk from Glasgow city centre.
