I'm looking for someone to rent my room 9 March - 6 April with a potential extension. It depends on whether or not I'll be away for longer, and I can let you know in the upcoming weeks. The rent is £450 with all bills included. A £300 deposit is required. The flat is in the City Centre, close to the Cowcaddens Subway Station and a short walk from Sauchiehall Street and Lidl.

- The flat is quite damp, and mould often appears in the living room/kitchen/bathroom areas. We have a new electric dehumidifier in the living room to improve the air conditions.
I'm looking for a tenant who is clean, tidy and reliable. Sorry, but no couples, no pets and no smoking in the flat. A vegetarian/vegan flatmate is preferred but not essential.
