Looking for someone to rent a double bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat.

Looking for someone who is sociable and easy-going.

The room is furnished.
No pets are allowed.
No living room.

The flat is facing the main street so some of the nights are pretty noisy because all the bars are around.
I wouldn't recommend this place if you are a light sleeper or if you looking for a very very quiet place.

Amazing location, ideal for students . Close to Glasgow City College, Glasgow Uni and Strathclyde Uni, Tesco and all bars and pubs.

£425 per month (all bills included) and £250 deposit.
Council tax, gas, electric and unlimited broadband (24Mb) are included in the rent.
