Double room in modern flat near Glasgow Green

Hi! I'm Jenni, and I'm looking for a new flatmate to fill a double room in a modern, spacious flat in the centre of Glasgow.

Next to Glasgow Green and just off Trongate, the flat is in a great area for anyone who works in the city centre or who just likes to nip to Buchanan Street for some shopping! It is also 10 minutes from St Enoch's subway, 15 minutes from Central Station, and 20 minutes from Queen Street Station.

There is a shared living room and bathroom, with plenty of storage space, a dining table, and two couches (PS4 and TV provided by yours truly.) There is also a parking space in a garage downstairs included in the property.

Bills are not included, but everything is set up - so no faffing around with wifi when you move in!

I'm a video editor at a production company, so I work 9am-6pm most days. But when I'm not at work, I can be found lounging around playing video games or watching Youtube videos. In my more productive moments, I love to bake bread and cook - Korean food is a speciality! I'm a clean, tidy person who appreciates having someone around to chat to and hang out with, but who also likes to have some downtime and some space.
