Glasgow City Centre flatmate required

Looking for a flatmate to move into this furnished city-centre acommodation. It is a really nice two bedroom flat (both double beds) with a large kitchen/livingroom and a modern bathroom. There is also a washing machine and space to dry clothes.

The building is just off High street, so it is a convenient location, but also quiet. It is part of a block of flats and has a beautiful view over the city. It gets plenty of sunlight and stays warm well. This keeps heating and electricity bills very low all year round.

I have lived here for the previous 4 years (whilst completing my University degree and then working in a graduate job). I will be staying in the flat as I have an engineering job in the city. I enjoy sports/fitness and baking.
