An ensuite room - Buchanan View

I am looking for someone to take over my contract at Buchanan view. It is a student accommodation very close to the city centre, Queens street station, Cowcaddens and Buchanan Street subway stations, Caledonian University and Strathclyde University. It is also easy access to Glasgow University either by the subway or walking. The room can only be rented to a female postgraduate student/undergraduate negotiable. You will be sharing with 4 other females 3 of them are postgraduates at Glasgow University and the fourth studies undergraduate at Caledonian. the room will be free on the 1st of January.
