The flatmate is student, friendly-easy going clean girl and is looking for some one easygoing clean and tidy, and preferably student.
The Last Flat mate is moving out because of the COVID situation and going back to her home country so the flat is available to move in.

It is a good sized room with a double bed and large wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped and flat in overall is super clean.
The flat is ideally located in the City centre 3minutes walk from Sauchiehall Street, 8minutes walk from the Glasgow Caledonian University and 5 minutes to the Farm-foods , and Tesco also is in a walking distance...

The rent is 300 pounds + bills(which is shared)
+ one month as the deposit according to the Scottish government rules.
