City Centre room for rent

I have a spare double sized furnished room available in my flat in the city centre.
I have a dog so would need a flat mate who is pet friendly as it is her home too. I do not expect you to take any responsibility for my dog - i may (rarely) ask if you can walk her if i am delayed at work but its not a necessity.
I am a working NHS professional and looking for a responsible, reliable and drama free individual to share my space with. I am not a party gal anymore and more a mellow chill kinda person who likes to go plenty walks with my dog and read a good book.
Room is furnished at present.
No couples considered.
Shared household tasks - keeping bathroom/kitchen tidy. You are responsible for keeping your own room tidy.
