Bath Street, double bed room available

Hello! I am looking for a professional (strictly professionals only please) to fill in the room in this lovely apartment. The flat has changed a bit since the pictures so please come check it out yourself. I will be honest I do not think my picture-taking skills do justice to how nice the flat is.

The flat is located right next to the king's theatre on Bath street, which is very central and has quick access to everything really easily even on foot.

You are going be staying in the room with the en-suit bathroom, so we are only interacting in the kitchen and living room.

The rent is at 497.5 and deposit is 2 months of rent ahead. The bills usually come at ~300 depending on season. If you are working from home, we recently upgraded to fibre internet line, fast and reliable.

I am a lecturer, so I do not work from home frequently, but I do so sometimes. I am generally quiet and keep to my own. I like board games, so I might have people over twice a year to play during a weekend. I like keeping the place clean and tidy and will priorities people with these qualities.

I am available in the evenings everyday and all day during the weekend for in-person viewing of the place due to high demand.
