The flat also comes with an allocated parking spot, I don’t have a car so it is not used at the moment.
The rent is £500 a month increasing to £550 a month in July 2022 not including bills. Regarding council tax if you are not a student there would be an extra cost of £225 a month (that’s with a 25% student discount) however, if you are a student there won’t be any council tax.
I am a 21 year old student. Easy going and chill that likes to do things and hang out with friends on the weekends. Looking for preferably another student flat mate but I would be open to young professionals to move in too.
