Studio At Student Accommodation For Summer

Hi,

I am looking for a student to take over my studio contract at the George Street Student Accommodation.

The studio is on the first floor of the building and facing the south direction. Thus it doesn't get the noise from the street despite being located at the city center. It has large double glazed windows. All bills included.

I am moving out as I have graduated. I am looking for student to take over my short-term contract from 2 July - 26 August (start date flexible). Minimum contract length would be 6 weeks. You would sign the contract with the Hello Student company. The contract requires the full amount of min 6 weeks to be paid upfront unless you have a UK-based guarantor. There is no deposit.
