Though the extremely central location, it is very quiet as the flat has a beautiful and huge courtyard that silent the hustle and bustle of the city.
Current flatmate is a mature professional. Respectful and kind. He goes to the office during the weekdays to work and when he's home, he's mainly very quiet in his room. So if you are working from home, noise is not an issue.
Looking for someone professional (mature students accepted too), non smoking, clean, and understands the value of keeping the apartment clean.
The rent would be £800/month inclusive of wifi bill. Electricity is not included in rent, it will be dependant on usage and will be split with current flatmate, average £75/person/month. Council tax band F, also not included in rent and to be split with current flatmate, works out to be £125/person/month. If you are a student, council tax is exempted.
