Platinum Studio Flat - St. Mungo's Student Roost

Tired of being too hot this summer? This flat comes with unrestricted access to clean, air-conditioned workspaces (also great for scrolling) where you can get away from the stuffy student flats you're used to :)

Ideal tenancy period: 8th July - 26th August

The largest 'Platinum Studio' flat in the whole of the St Mungos student accommodation! We have spoken to management, and we are able to source a max of 2 people to take a short tenancy agreement with. There may also be a £250 deposit required.

All electricity, heating and water is included with excellent wifi (easy streaming in 4k at all times). The water pressure is great, and the flat will come with a kettle, oven/microwave and a stovetop with 2 electric hobs. There is a built-in desk, a chair and a double bed (with plugs by the bed, for easy access). Two huge windows viewing the landscaped garden, with on-site laundry (Circuit laundry) and hoovers available from reception. You'll also have an iron and can borrow large ironing boards.

The flat will be available from the 8th July and we would love to find someone who can take over our contract from then until August 26th. The contract handover will be simple and handled by the management team, you'll just need to sign. After the 26th, everyone has to leave the building for its annual service before the next batch of students arrive. Let us know if you'd prefer a move in date slightly before or after the 8th, and we'll see what we can do :)

- Hosting kitchen with all the space to have any kind of food-party or general large-batch cooking
