Welcome to my luxury pent-flat over looking the Merchant City, that I share along with my female flatmate (doctor) and two adorable indoor cats.
Our current flatmate is leaving the country so we are looking for new flatmate. We are both busy individuals, I work away a lot, and Daniella works shifts, so we are looking for an an easy going female professional looking for a homely, quiet and convenient place to live. I have two super docile Persian cats so you would need to like living with cats.
The flat is situated in an incredible central location, just minutes away from all modes of public transport including trains, buses, and the underground.
You'll find an abundance of shops and lovely eateries right at your doorstep, ensuring you'll never run out of exciting places to explore. And despite being in the heart of it all, our residential building is very secure and quiet, providing the perfect balance between vibrant city living and serenity.
I moved here 4 years ago and the flat has been re-decorated to a high spec. It is a duplex over two floors. The upper floor has an open plan glazed lounge, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering lots of natural light and breath-taking panoramic views of the Merchant City. From the lounge study area you can access the evening sun on the west-facing balcony. And for mornings coffees, step onto the east-facing balcony adjacent to the large dining kitchen, where you can contemplate the day ahead! On the upper floor there is also a utility room with a toilet.
Downstairs I have three generously sized double bedrooms. My master bedroom has the en-suite. The second king size bedroom is rented to Daniella a female doctor. The double bedroom is the one I am renting here and it comes fully furnished.
The main bathroom is off the hall and there is a large wall-in double shower that would mainly be yours to share with Daniella.
PLEASE NOTE: We are preferably considering other female professionals.
The building is an expensive one to live in, having reception, security and is in an expensive Council Tax band so the rent reflects this at £950 pcm but this including all bills so there is no hidden costs.
