Our lovely flatmate is moving out after managing to buy a place of his own (we’re thrilled for him, we swear...). So, we’re looking for a new tenant from the 1st of December :)
Our apartment is a spacious 3-bedroom in G4, just a minute’s walk from Buchanan Street and all City Centre amenities, yet the area itself is relatively quiet. The building is secure, with a keypad entrance, a lift, and a mailroom with a concierge.
The available room comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk, chair, shelving, and a walk-in wardrobe. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the current tenants (male), as the other has an ensuite of their own. In terms of shared spaces, there’s the kitchen and a large living/dining area that opens onto a balcony, letting in plenty of natural light.
Both of us are young working professionals (23 and 24) who are into the gym, martial arts, music, playing instruments, DJing, etc so if you enjoy a lively home with music playing most of the time, you’ll fit right in. That said, we’re respectful of each other’s space and schedules. We have no major requirements for a new tenant, just someone around our age who’s open-minded and easygoing.
The rent is £550 per month, excluding bills. With Council Tax, WiFi, gas, and electricity, the total cost is around £720 a month. There’s also a one-time refundable security deposit of £350, which you’ll get back when you move out.
