Double Room available in G4

Hiya!

Our lovely flatmate is moving onto his next adventure so we're looking for a new tenant from the 1st of June :) Our apartment is a 3-bedroom situated in G4 (literally a minute walk to Buchanan street and all City Centre amenities), but the area of the flat itself is super quiet.

The room has a double-bed, bedside table, desk, chair and some shelving. Additionally, it is also complimented with a walk-in wardrobe. In terms of shared spaces, there is the kitchen and a large living/dining with a balcony. The place gets a bunch of natural light come through. You would also be sharing a bathroom (that has a bath) with one of the current tenants, as the other has an ensuite.

We are open to both students/working professionals (both remaining tenants are currently working professionals as we have finished uni). Ideally around our age (we are 22 and 23). We're both really chill people and have pretty busy lives. We're huge music fans but are obviously respectful as well. Honestly we have no major 'requirements' from a new tenant. Just someone open-minded and easy going.

The price for this room is £500 per month excluding bills. Including Council Tax, the bills add up to around £150 a month so this would bring the price to roughly £650 a month. There is also a one-time refundable security deposit of £350 which would be returned to you when you move out.
