Looking for a new flatmate from June 1st

Looking for a new flatmate to move into the flat. Very nice room with a ensuite bathroom, nice kitchen and living room. The flat is in a really good location, 10-15 minute walk to city centre, very close to a lot of good pubs, restaurants, and shops. There is a public carpark about 50 metres from the flat that cost 70 pounds a month if you need parking. Wifi comes to about 23 pounds per month per person and the electricty bill comes to about 46 pounds per person. So the total rent including bills is about 890 pounds per month. I'm very easy to live with and I'm often out of the flat as I'm working for Easyjet as a pilot. Council tax is included in the rent price.
