IQ student accommodation - Silver En-suite room

Looking for someone to replace me in a silver en-suite room in the IQ student accommodation (wheelchair-accessible room).
Has a private a bathroom with shower and toilet and a shared kitchen with two stoves and ovens.
The facility offers a 24-hour gym, bike storage, laundry services, a private kitchen, an auditorium, a music room, a study area and a social area.
After getting to an agreement, we would need to change the contract and the room would be available from the moving-in date
