Ensuite Tenancy Takeover at Abodus Near Strath Uni

I'm looking for student tenancy take over for my classic en-suite room at Abodus(Nido) St James as soon as possible. The accommodation is very close to University of Strathclyde.

I'm planning to move out in June since I have to go back to extend my visa. My tenancy is until August so I need someone to takeover my room from end of May to 24th August. We can adjust the move in date and feel free to send me message. I have very friendly flatmates and the room is also spacious.

All bills is included and fully furnished. On site gym, shared kitchen, common area to play table-tennis and pool.

Very close to Strathclyde Sports and Andersonian Library and easy access to RaceTrack to shop for groceries. Aldi, Tesco and Butcher shop nearby.

Fun fact: The flat has a very friendly flatmates and they do trash regularly!! Shared kitchen is always clean. Also, I have a best nice room view where you watch leaves fall from the trees and snow fall in the winter.
