Luxurious City Center Flatshare

My names Anjali, I'm a female business owner with a clothing showroom in the city center. I have a centrally located apartment with excellent transport links to all the train stations, the subway and Bus station. The apartment is in the much sought after Buchanan Gardens development. 
My current flat mate is sadly moving back home after a 4 year Flatshare so I'm looking for someone to flat share with, preferably long term if it’s suitable. 
The apartment has been fully renovated in January. It’s a luxurious 2 bed apartment in the Buchanan Gardens development with a brand new kitchen and all new appliances (Washer/Dryer, Microwave, 1GB Wifi etc etc. Also comes with a fully fitted communal gym (treadmill, rowing machine, stepper, bike and weights) as well as a large communal garden with apple trees, lawns, seating and bike sheds. 
My apartment has stunning views across Buchanan street with a balcony which catches the sun in the morning and late evening. 
I'm a non smoker and a social drinker. I’m very chilled and have shared flat shared for a long time so I’m mindful of other people’s space and time. 
I also inherited a cat from a friend who spends most of her day in my bedroom.
