Studio room at St Mungo's Student Accommodation

IMPORTANT: You must be a student at one of the universities in Glasgow to apply, this is simply a policy of Student Roost, which is the company that manages the rooms at St Mungos.

The room is a 1 bed self-contained studio, with a kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Situated on the 5th floor of the building, close to the elevators, and within easy walking distance of the main universities of Glasgow.

The contract for the room is fixed, and will be from the date you take the room from me to the 24th August 2024. The room will be available from the end of January. I will be moving out around the 28th January, so you will be able to move in anytime after then. The rent is £245 per week, with all bills, including internet, included.
