I’m currently looking for a flatmate to share a large 2 bedroom flat in Garnethill.
Non smokers only!
Must like cats as I have one cat. My cat doesn’t like other pets! She is very sweet and gentle, doesn’t bite or scratch, loves getting petted, tummy tickles and sleeps about 23 hours a day!

£750 per month, payable on the 1st of each month.
This includes rent, council tax, gas, electricity, Sky fibre broadband and Sky tv, tv license and stair cleaning.

From 1st August 2024.

(This is a private let, and I have been given permission from the landlord to find a new tenant.)

Excellent transport links. Cowcaddens underground and bus stops are a few minutes walk from the flat.

Your bedroom dimensions are 360 x 330 centimetres, 142 x 130 inches.
Fabulous bright room with large bay windows.

Shared, very large kitchen, living room and bathroom.
There is also access to a beautiful fully furnished rooftop garden which is maintained by the neighbours.
There are 9 flats in the building, the neighbours are friendly, helpful and quiet.

I am a 52 year old woman, I work as a Senior Pharmacy Technician for the NHS Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Yes, I’m 52! But I don’t act or dress my age!
I have a quirky sense of humour, I’m very open minded and not shy.
I’m not religious or into politics.
I love gigs and eating at great restaurants.
But most of all, I love to chill on the sofa with my cat on my lap, glass of wine in my hand watching true crime documentaries on Netflix!
I usually wander around wearing wacky coloured leggings and crazy T-shirts.
I like to keep the flat neat, tidy and hygienic. So I would request that you clean up after yourself.
And I have a weird habit of walking around the flat whilst brushing my teeth!!!!!!!

I’m open to a tenant of any age.
