Very centric room shared with 2 female flatmates. Both of them are currently working and are very friendly. You won't be able to use this flat to throw crazy parties.

The flat has a common living room, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 storage closets.
The kitchen is very well equipped, with an oven, a stove, a microwave, and a kettle. There are also multiple dishes, cutlery, pots, pans... It also has a washing machine and a drier.
The living room has a big sofa and TV property of one of the tenants. You can use that space to dry your clothes in a rack or the drying room (shared with the neighbor).

Tenancy details:
- Rent is £500 a month, the room deposit is also £500.
- Bills are not included in that price, they are shared between all 3 flatmates.
- You will need to share council tax with the other 2 tenants. The tax band is B.
- The flat will be available sometime at the end of May. I do not know the exact date yet, but it shouldn't be long until I find out. We can discuss this further once you see the property.

Walking distance from important spots:
- Strathclyde University: 10 mins.
- Bus station: 5 mins.
- Subway & Train Station: 10 mins.
- Supermarkets: Tesco Express (5 mins), Sainsbury's Express (10 mins), Aldi (15 mins).

Add-Ons:
I am leaving the UK, so I will also be selling some of my stuff. The room has a great duvet and pillow, together with the matching bed linen. If you wish to keep them (which I personally recommend), we can arrange something.
