Currently looking for a student to takeover my tenancy at Collegelands for a silver en-suite room. The tenancy length is 7th September 2024 to 29th August 2025 (51 weeks)

The flat is private student accommodation in walking distance to Strathclyde University, Glasgow Caledonian University and Glasgow City College. About 10 minute walk away from Queens St Station and George Square.

Safety/security precautions via fob entry. Convenience store attached to the building. Grocery options within 5 min of walking distance. Building amenities include: fitness centre, study lounge, garden/outdoor areas, full inclusive wifi throughout the premises.

£180/wk all bills/utilities included. Deposit must be paid upon signing contract, refunded at the end of stay. Guarantor required.
