I am renting out a double bedroom with own bathroom in my two-bedroom flat in Glasgow.
The flat is on Gallowgate, overlooking Barrowlands Park.
15 min walk to Strathclyde University
5 min walk to High street railway station
10 min walk to Argyle railway station
5 min walk to Morrisons, Tesco, Aldi
Currently, the other room in the flat is occupied by a girl in her 30s, who is working as an occupational therapist. I'm looking for either a female student or young professional to rent out the room from the 30th of January. Ideally looking for a tidy, clean and respectful person.
The room available is a well-proportioned and sunny double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and access to a well-finished bathroom, with a shower bath.
The kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washer-dryer.
Bills are NOT included but split between TWO people.
